We designed a short teaser video promoting the work done by the Knowledge Translation and Optimizing Care Models program at the Banting & Best Diabetes Centre, University of Toronto. Key work featured in the video includes the publication of the Guidebook for Pharmacists on Diabetes Management and the creation of an online community called the Diabetes Pharmacists Network.
Our work to tell this story included writing the script, storyboarding, coordinating and directing videography and voiceover recording, as well as completing all post-production, motion graphics and animation. The end result was featured at multiple networking and continuing education events, including the IDF World Diabetes Congress 2015, as well as on the Diabetes Pharmacists Network website.
